A regionally sourced product selection supports farmers and businesses in the surrounding area\u2014and thus also the community of our customers. For example, BILLA works with 2,500 Austrian suppliers, of whom about 1,400 even supply regionally and locally. Nat\u00fcrlich relies on raw materials that come primarily from Austria. To ensure our high, independently verified organic and animal welfare standards, \u201cJa! Nat\u00fcrlich\u201d relies on long-standing, trusting partnerships with Austrian organic farmers and local partner farms. With \u201cJa! Nat\u00fcrlich,\u201d species-appropriate animal husbandry is guaranteed according to strict, independently audited quality standards that exceed mandatory EU organic requirements. Compliance is verified at least once a year by state-accredited, independent organic inspection agencies at each farm.
