Like many other companies, we face the challenge of an imbalance in top management positions. We are actively addressing this through our \u201cWomen\u2019s Drive\u201d program, which specifically promotes women to leadership roles. In defined leadership roles, including those in branches and stores, women account for 59.4% of the workforce. Among the total workforce, women account for 69.5%. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Trainee Programs for College Graduates<\/h2>

REWE International AG offers management trainee programs annually. The program lasts 15 months and includes store assignments, an international project, rotations, a project at headquarters, and further rotations.
