Tell us what’s on your mind! 💭

The MAZU (employee satisfaction survey) is your chance to tell us honestly how you’re doing. What’s working well? What could be better?

It only takes a few minutes, is 100% anonymous, and helps improve your everyday work.

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the MAZU 💡

  • Three short, informative videos:
Our “Rasende Reporterin” asked colleagues why they openly share what’s on their mind in the MAZU.
Managers share why participation matters, how they motivate their teams – and what happens with the results.
Lisa Köb, Director People & Culture, answers the most important questions and shares what’s new in MAZU.

The most important questions & answers about our employee satisfaction survey

  • MAZU stands for MitArbeiter:innen-ZUfriedenheit (employee satisfaction in German).

  • All employees of companies within REWE International AG except DERTOUR Group are eligible to participate in the MAZU. The requirement is that their employment start date was before January 6th, 2026 and that it was reported before this date.

In Austria, the following are excluded:

    ·        Interns

    ·        Leased labour

    ·        Employees on a case-by-case basis

    ·        Employees on maternity/paternity leave or any other kind of longer-term leave

    ·        Employees in inactive partial retirement

    ·        Military or civil service personnel

  • May 11 to May 29, 2026

  • The survey is fully digital.

    ·        Employees with a company email address → receive a personal access link via email

    ·        Employees without a company email address → receive a personal access code

Participation with access code at: www.MAZU2026.net

    ·        via store/company PC or tablet

    ·        via private smartphone or PC

How do I receive my access code? (stores, logistics, production only)

    ·        Codes are sent to managers who have employees without a company email address.

    ·        At the start of the survey, all employees draw a code (random principle). This ensures full anonymity and no traceability to individuals.

If you have not received a code by May 20, you can anonymously submit your store address here – we’ll take care of it!

  • Departments/stores each receive 5% more codes than employees. Ask your manager for a new code.

  • Each code can be used once. If you interrupt the survey, you can continue using the same code.

Once completed, the code becomes invalid.

  • Sometimes e-mails get marked as spam or printing issues occur. No worries – if you haven’t received a code by May 20, you can anonymously submit your store address here and we’ll take care of it!

  • The MAZU takes about five minutes.

  • •       Results per team are only available from 5 responses onward
