Espen B. Larsen

Area of responsibility: Full Range in Central and Eastern Europe, retailer BILLA in Bulgaria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, as well as IKI in Lithuania

Espen B. Larsen has been a member of the REWE International AG Executive Board responsible for Full Range in Central and Eastern Europe (BILLA, IKI) since 2021.

Mr Larsen also served on the Management Board of PENNY International from October 2018. He was responsible for purchasing, purchasing organisation, strategic marketing, sustainability and expansion and construction.

In 2010, Mr Larsen joined REWE Group as CEO of PENNY Italy. In June 2014, he took over the function of CEO at PENNY Czech Republic until his move to the Management Board of PENNY International.

Mr Larsen's professional career has always been international. Before joining REWE Group, he worked for ALDI Nord Group in Denmark, most recently as Managing Director. Prior to that, he held management positions at Deutsche Bank, among others.
