Marcel Haraszti

Marcel Haraszti (born in September 1975) has been Chairman of REWE International AG since 2016.

He began his career at REWE Group in 2001 and, after a stint as Assistant to the Executive Board in Austria, moved to the management of BILLA Ukraine in 2004.

From 2007 to 2008, Marcel Haraszti was CEO at BILLA Romania. He was then appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the IKI trading group in Lithuania.

In 2012, Haraszti joined the Management Board of REWE Full Range in Germany, where he was responsible for the Southern Region.
