ADEG merchants ensure a "cool" start to the holidays

In order to give the numerous pupils a particularly refreshing start to the summer holidays, 270 ADEG retailers are taking part in a very special campaign this year. Anyone who visits an ADEG store on the last day of school with their report card will receive a free ice cream to cool off during the hottest (and for students probably the best) time of the year.

Feeling for all needs

What's on the report card doesn't matter – after all, the start of the holidays means ice cream time for everyone! In addition to quality, regionality and sustainability, ADEG merchants have always focused on social commitment in their communities – of course also when others are enjoying their holidays! With a free ice cream, which can be picked up on report card Friday (July 8th) in participating ADEG stores, numerous pupils are getting in the mood for a refreshing and relaxed summer break. "Especially the children, who work hard at school all year round, deserve a cooling down at the start of the well-deserved summer holidays. It makes me proud that our ADEG merchants have a G'spüren for the needs of really everyone in their communities and don't forget about the little ones either," explains ADEG CEO Brian Beck.

270 participating markets

A total of 270 ADEG stores throughout Austria are taking part in the ice cream promotion. ADEG saleswoman Jasmin Gratzer from Weitensfeld (district of St. Veit an der Glan, Carinthia) is already looking forward to handing out as many ice-cream treats as possible: "I still remember my school days well myself and of course how wonderful the start of the holidays was every year. That's why it's a real affair of the heart for me to give the children an extra treat. I also think it's great that everyone gets an ice cream while stocks last. No matter what grades are on the report card – everyone deserves a little refreshment!"
