The new Ja! Natürlich (Yes! Of course) shopping guides are now available at BILLA, BILLA PLUS, ADEG and SUTTERLÜTY. At the official opening of the Vienna Children's University with around 3,000 young visitors, the guidebook version for children was already inspected by the little ones.

At this year's Children's University, Ja! Natürlich again offered a course for children. This year the seminar was dedicated to the topic of biodiversity.

The shopping guide by Ja! Natürlich gives tips in a version for adults and in a version for children on how to protect the climate directly when shopping. Due to their sustainable cultivation, organic areas have a higher humus content, which plays a significant role in the fight against climate change. This is also proven by the study on climate protection and nutrition from 2021, which Ja! Natürlich and Greenpeace commissioned from the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL). This is because healthy soil can not only absorb more water, but also bind more CO2. "For Ja! Natürlich, the preservation of healthy soils is a top priority. Biodiversity and humus conservation are essential for an intact soil, which we urgently need if we and future generations are to be able to harvest valuable food. The young participants of the Children's University are very interested in the topic of climate and environmental protection and how they can actively contribute to it," Ja! Natürlich Managing Director Klaudia Atzmüller summarises.
