The net proceeds go entirely to the Ö3 Christmas miracle, which is collecting donations for the Licht ins Dunkel emergency aid fund for the tenth time this year to help families in need in Austria. The biscuits were lovingly made by hand by apprentice confectioners with the support of Eva-Maria Kaiser, Managing Director of the BILLA bakery and confectionery shop.

With the support of Eva-Maria Kaiser, Managing Director of the BILLA bakery and confectionery shop, four apprentice confectioners baked hundreds of kilograms of Christmas biscuits for the fundraising campaign. When it came to choosing the type of biscuits, the decision was quickly made in favour of the popular butter shortcrust biscuits. The classic biscuits are sustainably packaged in jars and available from 15 November in 29 selected BILLA PLUS locations in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland - while stocks last - for 3.99 euros.
