This year, for the first time, interested young people (m/f/x) can apply for apprenticeship training in 2022 as early as this autumn.

The variety is great and ranges from retail salesman and saleswoman - with a focus on food trade, perfumery or digital sales - to confectioner as well as wholesale salesman and saleswoman, company logistics salesman and saleswoman to office management assistant. Depending on the training company, extras are provided for apprentices (m/f/x) such as bonuses for special achievements, extensive training and further education opportunities, excursions, events, payment above the collective and much more.

Impressions of our apprentices

"I really like our seminar "from I to WE". Some tasks are not so easy to master as a group. You need a leader who has an overview and leads the team well."

Eliza, BILLA, 1st year apprentice

"I always find the seminar - actually all seminars - great because you meet colleagues and always learn something new."

Matthias, BILLA, 1st year apprentice

"What I liked most was that a lot of questions were answered and that we were listened to. We also did great exercises that strengthened our self-confidence."

Julia, PENNY, 1st year apprentice

"I used to be shy. Since I've been at BIPA, it's much better because of the contact with customers. And through the seminar I get more helpful tips."

Wiktoria, BIPA, 1st year of apprenticeship
