Hamed Mohseni BILLA Head of Sales in Vienna

"On our welcome day, we welcome our 222 junior employees from Vienna into the BILLA family. There, the apprentices have the opportunity to make their first contacts and get to know their future team in person. As one of the largest employers in Austria, we offer our apprentices quality training in the various specialist areas and a wide range of opportunities for further development," says Hamed Mohseni, BILLA Head of Sales in Vienna.

The welcome days in the provinces are all about getting to know the BILLA family. The apprentice and junior staff development team provides insights into the company, the various stages during the apprenticeship and the numerous training and further education opportunities. Fun and games will not be neglected either. In the afternoon, different challenges are on the agenda, which the apprentices have to complete. A workshop on social media focuses on the correct use of social media and the opportunities but also the dangers on the net. At a photo station, the apprentices have the opportunity to take photos and share the resulting footage with the hashtag #nextbillageneration.
