The organic soy chops and organic soy mince from Ja! Natürlich are not only delicious, but also rich in protein and fiber. They contain no synthetic chemical pesticides and thus stand for the highest quality and natural enjoyment. Versatile, they are ideal for preparing bolognese, chili, curry and many other dishes. Klaudia Atzmüller, Managing Director of Ja! Natürlich, is pleased about the introduction of the new additions to the product range: "With our organic soy chops and organic soy mince, we offer a high-quality and sustainable purely plant-based option for everyone who wants to eat consciously. In Austria, we eat an average of 63 kilograms of meat per person per year, about three times more than is advisable for our health and also for our planet. We see that more and more Austrians are resolving to eat meat more consciously and less frequently, and we want to create an option for plant-based enjoyment with our products. We are proud to use 100% organic soy from Austria and thus add two more regional as well as climate-friendly products to the Ja! Natürlich range."
The preparation is very simple. The two products are soaked in hot vegetable soup or salted water until they reach three to four times the volume of the dry weight. Then the minced or chopped product is strained and the excess liquid is squeezed out. The prepared organic soy is then ready for further processing according to individual preferences and tastes.
The Ja! Natürlich organic soy mince is available for 1.39 euros (100g) and the organic soy mince is available for 1.39 euros (150g) now on the shelves at BILLA, BILLA Plus and in the BILLA online store.
