The BILLA Genusswelt is enriched by a high-calibre cooperation and now includes two delicious main courses and a soup for at home by Richard Rauch in its range on a permanent basis. The 38-year-old top chef and restaurant owner from Styria holds four Gault Millau toques and is also known for his TV appearances. He has developed his dishes for the BILLA Genusswelt with passion and sensitivity - exclusively with carefully selected fresh ingredients and completely without preservatives. Styrian sweet and sour chicken with pumpkin seed rice, beef roulade with potato spaetzle and oriental-style pumpkin stew are now available at BILLA PLUS and in selected BILLA stores, ready to enjoy in just a few minutes and will make gourmet hearts beat faster.

AUMAERK lamb shank from BILLA Genusswelt available exclusively at BILLA PLUS for the Easter period
After 192 hours and 19 gentle refinement steps, the new lamb shank from Viennese meat manufacturer AUMAERK is ready for the BILLA PLUS shelves. After a customised massage with selected spices and high-quality salt, the fine meat rests for a few days at the optimum temperature. Only then does the gentle cooking process start with the patented AUMAERK technology, which uses magnets and sound waves as well as controlled temperature curves to preserve the juices in each individual meat fibre. No additives are used in the process. The lamb shank weighs at least 350 grams and is only available during the Easter period under the BILLA Genusswelt private label in all BILLA PLUS stores in Austria.
