True beauty from within with BI LIFE
To activate ‘beauty from within’, it is important to follow a few basic rules. These include, for example, eating lots of fruit and vegetables, drinking plenty of water, herbal teas and fresh fruit juices, exercise and sufficient sleep are also essential.
