In the U14 age group, the quartet from Döbling UAB 1 took first place in the final against Volleyteam Roadrunners 5 on 8 June, with the award ceremony taking place together with the U16s on 14 July as part of the final.

Hamed Mohseni, Sales Director of BILLA in Vienna and Lower Austria, was delighted: "The Vienna Beach Volleyball Talent Cup fits in perfectly with our philosophy of giving children and young people a low-threshold introduction to the sport and awakening their enthusiasm for it. I'm impressed by how professionally the youngsters played. You could hardly tell the difference between them and the adults." Local councillor Yvonne Rychly was also there on behalf of sports councillor Peter Hacker and praised the performance of the young talents: "The youngsters played a great match, for me there were no losers."
