Eva-Maria Kaiser, Managing Director of the BILLA bakery and patisserie, supports the young talents: “In our BILLA patisseries, our trained pastry chefs create a variety of sweet delicacies from Monday to Saturday. They are actively supported by our apprentices. Now we have turned the tables and given the apprentices a free hand in choosing their creations. I am incredibly proud of how much creativity and skill they have shown in the design at a highly professional level.”

Customers can try out the apprentices' creations in selected stores from October 3 to 31, 2024. Crookies will be available at the BILLA PLUS patisserie on Mariahilfer Straße in Vienna, apricot cake at the store on Industriestraße in Bad Vöslau, Lower Austria, and Linzertorte on Lindengasse in Linz. At the BILLA PLUS patisserie in Wiener Straße in Neusiedl am See, the apprentices prepared Esterházy slices. Classic Carinthian Reindling is available at the market in Ossiacher Bundesstraße in Feldkirchen. Delicious pumpkin seed tiramisu awaits customers at the BILLA PLUS patisserie in the Seiersberg shopping center in Styria. The apprentices in Salzburg have conjured up Mozart slices for customers at the store on Halleiner Landesstraße in Oberalm. At the Mitterweg location in Innsbruck, customers can look forward to apple crumble cake.
