Food like grandma made, served in no time: The new BILLA private label “Omis Schmankerl von BILLA” offers delicious classics of traditional Austrian cuisine, now available as fresh ready meals that are quick and easy to prepare. Around 50 tasty dishes – beloved by many since childhood – can now be found in the refrigerated section at BILLA and BILLA PLUS.

“Omis Schmankerl von BILLA” represents fresh ready meals that convey comfort, warmth, and a sense of well-being. The range includes savory classics such as veal butter schnitzel with mashed potatoes, roast pork with bread dumplings, or traditional Wiener schnitzel made from pork, as well as sweet dishes like Kaiserschmarrn with plum compote or yeast dumplings. The offering is rounded out with soups like Old Viennese soup pot and side dishes such as dumplings or potato noodles. All meals are prepared without preservatives or flavor enhancers. The meat is sourced 100% from Austria – with some products even meeting the “Fair zum Tier!” animal welfare standards.
