For good reason: the new Ja! Natürlich soup stocks

With its new Ja! Natürlich soup stocks, Austria's oldest organic brand is now launching a particularly sustainable and delicious new product that can be used as a base for soups, sauces or stews. The range comprises four varieties – vegetable, fish, chicken and beef – and is all about making use of valuable raw materials from organic farming in Austria.

For the love of the whole

The idea behind the new stocks is simple – and typical of Ja! Natürlich: use everything, waste nothing. They are based on high-quality ingredients that would otherwise often go unused: soup vegetables, pasture-raised beef bones, free-range chicken carcasses or fish carcasses from local salmonids. This turns ‘leftovers’ into tasty stocks that show how ‘leftover utilisation’ and enjoyment can go hand in hand. ‘The idea for our stocks actually originated in the kitchen – where you realise how much good stuff is often left over,’ explains Klaudia Atzmüller, managing director of Ja! Natürlich. ‘The preparation of our products produces high-quality raw materials, and because throwing them away is not an option for us, we wanted to create something new from them. For us, sustainability means valuing every piece – from vegetable leaves to soup bones,’ says Klaudia Atzmüller, Managing Director of Ja! Natürlich, about the new products.

Naturally, without compromises

Like all Ja! Natürlich products, the new funds contain no artificial additives – that means:

  • no added sugar

  • no preservatives

  • no flavour enhancers

  • no artificial flavours

Four varieties, many possibilities

Fish stock is ideal for fish soups, sauces for fish dishes or shellfish. Chicken stock goes perfectly with poultry dishes, stews and soups. The rich beef stock adds depth to slow-cooked dishes and sauces. Vegetable stock is a flavourful all-rounder – and the first choice for vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

The four types of stock are now available at BILLA and BILLA PLUS for £3.99 (vegetable, fish and chicken) and £4.99 (beef). The stocks are ideal as a base for homemade soups and risottos, for deglazing vegetables and meat, for sauces and stews, or simply for refining and seasoning. Whether classic, creative or festive – the stocks bring natural flavour and depth to every kitchen.
