FRISCH GEKOCHT with 1.43 million readers: Number 1 among women

For 25 years, FRISCH GEKOCHT has been inspiring its readers. Each issue of the BILLA magazine features around 60 creative recipes, plenty of practical tips, and trends all about enjoyment. The magazine is available in all 1,124 BILLA and 143 BILLA PLUS stores, and is free for jö members. Its readership continues to grow. According to the Media Analysis 24/25*, FRISCH GEKOCHT reaches more than 1,430,000 readers per issue.

The magazine was first introduced to BILLA customers in 2000 under the name of the ORF cooking show “Frisch gekocht ist halb gewonnen.” Since then, more than 32,000 pages have been produced in over 100,000 working hours. A 40-person team works on each issue of FRISCH GEKOCHT, which is freshly printed every month and distributed nationwide in all BILLA and BILLA PLUS stores, with an average of 1 million readers taking it home. Online, frischgekocht.at offers more than 12,000 recipes for browsing and inspiration.
