Strong partnership: BILLA supports the Kids' Olympics organised by the Vienna handball team FIVERS

BILLA is passionate about promoting youth sport in Austria. As a partner of the Vienna handball team FIVERS, the food retailer will be participating for the second time in a row in the largest youth sporting event in Margareten, the Handball Kids Olympics, from 17 to 21 November. The event, now in its 22nd year, is organised by FIVERS as part of the HANDBALLCITY MARGARETEN project. Around 800 children from 30 primary school classes in Margareten, Wieden and Favoriten will compete against each other at various stations, experience the fun of sport and answer knowledge questions together.

From 17 to 21 November 2025, the 22nd FIVERS Handball Kids Olympics will take place in the Margareten sports hall.
As a partner, BILLA is supporting the event for the second time in a row and providing all 800 participating children with BILLA-branded T-shirts.
Six stations are available for the children – always with a focus on fun, fair play and sporting cooperation.
The cooperation between BILLA and FIVERS, which has been in place since July 2024, encompasses not only handball but also numerous learning and support measures.

BILLA x FIVERS: Strong partnership for young athletes since July 2024

Support for the Handball Kids Olympics is part of the comprehensive cooperation between BILLA and FIVERS. BILLA supports the young handball generation in both their sporting and academic achievements as part of the FIVERS learning and development club. The young athletes can take part in free learning and tutoring sessions with FIVERS players and coaches, whose patronage is covered by BILLA for one of the four days a week. As a sign of the partnership, the BILLA logo adorns the jerseys of the FIVERS U11 to U16 teams.
