A strong partnership for greater safety: BILLA and the police join forces at ‘Coffee with Cops’ in Linz

At the BILLA PLUS on Lindengasse in Linz, the focus in June was on direct dialogue between the police and the public. As part of the “Coffee with Cops” campaign, which was organised in collaboration with the Upper Austrian Provincial Police Headquarters as part of the GEMEINSAM.SICHER initiative, customers and staff were given the opportunity to chat with police representatives in a relaxed atmosphere. The aim of the event was to facilitate personal encounters, address questions and concerns directly, and thereby strengthen people’s sense of security in everyday life. City Councillor Mag. Dr Michael Raml, Werner Eder, Security Coordinator of the Linz City Police Command, and Günther Huemer, Deputy Provincial Police Director and Major General, also took part in the event and contributed to the discussions on the day.

A group of people, including uniformed officers and professionals in suits, stand together holding a blue and white sign. They are outside a building with large windows and banners. A police van is parked nearby.
