BILLA expands digital flyer

"The printed flyer continues to enjoy great popularity among Austrians as a shopping guide - the majority of our customers still inform themselves about current promotions and attractive prices via the flyer, which they receive by mail or on site at the store. At the same time, the demand for digital information is increasing and we are now meeting this need even more with the BILLA digital flyer," says Michael Paterno, BILLA CEO Consumer & Insights.

The launch will be a soft launch, which means that the digital flyer will be continuously optimized on the basis of customer feedback and in terms of user-friendliness.

Digitization and personalization are the focus of the digital flyer, which can be found on the BILLA website at www.billa.at. The new flyer is now available in German and English. Until recently, this was a copy of the physical flyer that customers used to keep up to date with offers at BILLA and BILLA PLUS. From now on, they can select preferred product categories in the interactive flyer, such as "organic", "purely vegetable" or "from Austria", in order to have their personal preferences displayed as a highlight page. It becomes interactive through links to recipes and further information on the products shown. Informative videos and product sliders can also be integrated, as well as a useful search function and page overview.
