ADEG retailers are more than just local suppliers - they are the soul of their communities. They know the wishes and needs of the local people and know what is important, especially at Christmas time. With a great deal of commitment, they ensure that everything is available for an atmospheric celebration - from high-quality, regional products to special services such as deliveries directly to your doorstep or festive platters that make Christmas preparations easier. Their commitment not only creates culinary highlights, but also a special sense of community that is particularly noticeable at this time of year.
Unique merchants, unique campaign
This year's ADEG Christmas campaign focuses on the unique connection between ADEG saleswoman Bernadette Himmelbauer from Unterweißenbach (Freistadt district) and her community. The latest campaign film shows how the shopkeeper brings a sense of community to families' festive tables with her high-quality, regional products. ‘For me, Christmas means giving the people in my community something special - be it regional delicacies or simply a smile at the till,’ says Bernadette Himmelbauer. The TV advert illustrates how closely the merchants are connected to the local people and how they create unforgettable moments during the festive Christmas season.
A symbol of community and sustainability
The Christmas campaign once again emphasises the values that ADEG stands for: regionality, sustainability and community. Jürgen Öllinger, REWE Wholesale Managing Director, emphasises the importance of the merchants: ‘Our ADEG merchants are not only reliable local suppliers, but also a mainstay of social interaction in their communities. Especially during the Christmas season, their commitment to local people is indispensable. With this campaign, we want to show how much passion and commitment they put into making Christmas a special experience for many families.’
The campaign film, which was produced in collaboration with Wien Nord Serviceplan, will be shown on TV and online from 24 November 2024.
