In Romania, BIPA is also synonymous with attractive prices, modern drugstore products and everything related to care, beauty and well-being. Customers in Romania can expect a range of over 1,000 brands and more than 1,500 own-brand products such as Bi Care, Bi Life, Bi Kids, Bi Styled, Bi Home, Baby Well, Look by Bipa and Bi Good. In total, the range comprises more than 12,000 items in over 15 product categories.
Following the launch in Bucharest, BIPA plans to expand dynamically with 20 to 25 new stores per year. Romania is the third country in BIPA's international growth plan after Austria and Croatia. The REWE Group has been represented in Romania since 2005 with the discount store PENNY.
