The Riesling “null,” is an alcohol-free white wine made entirely from Riesling grapes grown in Austrian vineyards. It features notes of citrus, lemon balm, and a hint of green tea, is pleasantly dry and refreshing, and offers a finely fruity drinking experience.
The Rosé “null,” is an alcohol-free rosé wine crafted from various typical Austrian red grape varieties. With fruity aromas of raspberry and cranberry, it presents itself as dry and convinces as an uncomplicated rosé for easy drinking pleasure.
Enjoyment Without Compromise Thanks to High-End Technology
This exceptional taste experience is made possible by perfectly tuned production: Riesling grapes ripen longer in the vineyard to develop depth and structure. Cool fermentation produces a wine with 13% vol., followed by aging on fine lees to harmonize aromas. The Rosé, after fermentation, presents itself as delicately fruity and refreshing with 10% vol.
The heart of “null” is the dealcoholization process: Wegenstein uses modern vacuum rectification—the most advanced and gentle method available. After fermentation, alcohol and aromas are separated, and the delicate aromatic compounds are reintegrated after dealcoholization. This preserves the characteristic flavor of the grape varieties—at zero percent alcohol.
Both wines are alcohol-free, vegan-certified, and impress with their aroma, vitality, and freshness—an excellent choice for an easy lifestyle without compromise.
