REWE Group Austria continues to invest in apprentice training
With currently around 2,300 apprentices at BILLA, BILLA PLUS, BIPA, PENNY, ADEG and in the central offices, REWE Group Austria is once again one of the leading training companies in the domestic retail sector this year and continues to invest in the training and development of its young employees. While the number of apprentices in the retail sector as a whole has fallen by 15 per cent since 2019, the REWE Group has taken on 19 per cent more apprentices in the same period. And apprenticeship positions are being filled on an ongoing basis – there are currently particularly good opportunities for apprenticeships in retail and confectionery.
