BILLA Brings Customers Right to the Table: Launch of the BILLA Customer Dialogue

Starting in late summer 2026, customers in Austria will have the opportunity to actively exchange ideas, share their thoughts, and suggest improvements during regular roundtable discussions with the BILLA Executive Board and experts. Applications are now being accepted!

Who knows BILLA better than the people who shop there every day? With the BILLA Customer Forum, the company is, for the first time, giving a group of selected customers from all over Austria a seat at the table: For one year, they will have a say and actively exchange ideas with various BILLA experts—on topics that are relevant in the stores. Applications are now being accepted through July 26, 2026, at www.billa.at/einfachmitreden.

We want to bring people to the table with us and hear their ideas and needs firsthand. With the BILLA Customer Dialogue, we’re now creating a direct, structured exchange that allows us to gather feedback directly from our customers. We want to listen, learn, and improve in the areas that matter most to our customers.”

The BILLA Customer Forum is a structured dialogue platform: Customers from various regions and with diverse backgrounds are invited to participate every two months over the course of a year. Each session focuses on specific topics, such as the shopping experience, product assortment, product availability, and other key areas where the customer perspective provides valuable input. In addition, members can also be surveyed digitally. This fosters a high-quality, ongoing exchange that goes beyond traditional market research and enables a genuine dialogue between customer needs and practical feasibility. Members’ perspectives are directly incorporated into management’s decision-making process and can thus contribute to the shopping experience for all customers.

We are looking for courageous and honest customers who want to make a difference with BILLA. Anyone 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate. Selected members will receive compensation in the form of BILLA gift cards for their participation in in-person meetings. Membership begins in mid-August and lasts for one year.
