Football promotes exercise in the fresh air, coordination, endurance, ambition and team spirit. For children and young people in particular, social interaction plays an important role in the club in addition to sport. The last few months in particular have been very challenging for the local football clubs, including FC Flyeralarm Admira, due to corona.

That's why BILLA is keen to support football clubs and their junior teams even more, especially in times like these. BILLA provides training shirts and jerseys for around 100 clubs throughout Austria - including the U15 players of FC Flyeralarm Admira.

For BILLA Head of Sales Hermann Weiß, who is also an enthusiastic amateur footballer, supporting the clubs and their children's and youth teams is a matter close to his heart: "Sport and exercise for children and young people are essential for a healthy lifestyle, alongside a balanced diet. We are particularly pleased that after the relaxation of the Corona measures, team sports can be played again and that we can support local clubs throughout Austria in promoting young talent and bring joy to the children."
